Quality over quantity

We care more about original, thoughtful content than just filling slots.
If you have something genuinely useful or interesting to share, we’d love to have you as a speaker.

Sales pitches

It’s totally fine to highlight your product, framework, or service.
But straight-up sales pitches—especially reused ones—won’t make the cut.

Inclusivity

We welcome speakers from every background and experience level.
If you’d like to speak but need support or accommodations, let us know. We’ll do what we can to help.

Be nice!

We won’t publish anything offensive or disrespectful.
We’re here to learn, share, and have fun, let’s keep it that way.

CFP Description

Conf42 Prompt Engineering 2026

First things first, please watch the CFP tips and tricks video - 5 minutes. It will increase your chances of having your talk accepted.

Let’s talk about getting the most out of language models — one prompt at a time.

If you spend your days crafting clever prompts, chaining models, building RAG systems, or trying to get consistent outputs from unpredictable LLMs, this event’s for you.

We’ll dig into what’s working (and what’s not) in the world of prompt engineering:

  • Techniques for designing effective prompts and workflows
  • Prompt chaining, agents, and retrieval-augmented generation
  • Evaluating prompt performance and output quality
  • Using structured prompts, templates, and few-shot examples
  • Building scalable prompt-based applications and tools
  • Responsible use of LLMs and prompt security considerations
  • Real-world lessons from deploying LLM-powered products

Come hang out with people who experiment, iterate, and sometimes fight with prompts for a living. Share what you’ve learned and pick up a few ideas to make your next generation smarter, faster, and a little less chaotic.

For any questions and suggestions, please join our Discord server!

Hope to see you there,
Mark
