FlaskCon is a mini-conference inside PyCon US 2025. Join us in a mini conference dedicated to Flask, its community and ecosystem, as well as related web technologies. Meet maintainers and community members, learn about how to get involved, and join us during the sprint days to contribute. Submit your talk proposal today!
FlaskCon is in person at PyCon US 2025, and talks will be recorded and uploaded soon after.
CFP Description
Talks should focus on a use of a Pallets library such as Flask, Quart, Click, or Jinja; or Pallets-Eco, or other extension in the ecosystem. Some ideas include:
- Integrating with other web technologies
- Designing and building APIs
- Using async programming
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WebSockets
- Command line programs
- Template partials and HTMX
- Open source and community building
- Monitoring and metrics
- Databases and ORMs
- Improving performance
- Deployment, Docker, Platforms as a Service
Talk slots are 30 minutes. Your talk can take up however much of that time you need, but we’d prefer at least 20 minutes.
