Quality over quantity
We care more about original, thoughtful content than just filling slots.
If you have something genuinely useful or interesting to share, we’d love to have you as a speaker.
Sales pitches
It’s totally fine to highlight your product, framework, or service.
But straight-up sales pitches—especially reused ones—won’t make the cut.
Inclusivity
We welcome speakers from every background and experience level.
If you’d like to speak but need support or accommodations, let us know. We’ll do what we can to help.
Be nice!
We won’t publish anything offensive or disrespectful.
We’re here to learn, share, and have fun, let’s keep it that way.
CFP Description
LLM enthusiasts of Warsaw, assemble on February 12 2026!
First things first, please watch the CFP tips and tricks video - 5 minutes. It will increase your chances of having your talk accepted.
LLMday.com is an in-person event taking place in Warsaw, Poland, bringing together the fast-growing community of AI researchers, ML engineers, data scientists, and developers working with large language models.
Please note: the event doesn’t currently offer remote or hybrid options. You’ll need to be at the conference in person to present.
Who is this for?
- Are you building, fine-tuning, or deploying large language models?
- Do you work with AI pipelines, training infrastructure, or model evaluation?
- Are you exploring real-world applications of generative AI or agentic systems?
If you said yes to any of these, come join us for a day of learning, collaboration, and conversation.
You’ll meet experts shaping the future of AI, peers experimenting at the edge of what’s possible, and a community that loves to share ideas, failures, and breakthroughs.
Topics
We want to hear about the latest and greatest in LLMs, AI, and ML, from research to production, from infrastructure to impact.
We’ll organize talks into tracks such as:
- Lessons learned - what worked, what didn’t, and what you wish you’d known earlier
- Deep dives - architectures, optimization, training pipelines, data curation, evaluation
- Getting started - approachable sessions for those new to AI or LLM development
- New projects - open source demos, frameworks, datasets, or tools
- Ethics & safety - alignment, bias, and responsible AI practices
- Applied AI - use cases, integrations, and deployment stories from the field
Am I the right speaker for this?
Absolutely - if you’re building, researching, or experimenting with AI in any form.
We’re looking for diverse voices from across academia, industry, and open source. From model trainers to prompt engineers, from ML ops folks to product builders.
If you’d like to discuss your idea or see if it fits the program, reach out to mark@llmday.com. We’d love to hear from you.
