What’s covered for speakers?
The conference covers airfare and hotel for selected speakers from within North America.

We do not provide travel coverage for people outside of North America at this time.

We also do a pretty epic speaker dinner as well. Speakers are given full access to all conference sessions and activities (we think this should be a given, but we understand not all conferences do this so we wanted to make it clear)

How long are sessions and how many?
Sessions are 60 min in length, typically lecture style with Q&A but we’re open to other ideas as well.

Out of town speakers are asked to do two presentations, and local speakers are asked to do one. Please submit at least two talks if you’re an out of town speaker.

What type of sessions are you looking for?
We look for a wide range of software development topics including technical, team organization/leadership, architecture and methodologies, diversity and inclusion, and career development. Our conference mantra continues to be Web | Dev | Cloud | AI, but we’re open to topics that run across or transcend those.

This year we are prioritizing sessions that tell a story rather than just talk about a technology. We want to showcase how a technology was applied. So less

What equipment are speakers responsible for?
Presenters are responsible for bringing their own laptop, but all other A/V equipment and internet will be provided.
